This study explores the bacterial diversity associated with predominant groups of macroalgae from the Peruvian Central coast. Through 16S rRNA metagenome data, this study aims to identify bacteria with plant growth-promoting functions, which could be used in the cultivation of macroalgae for the production of biofertilizers and biostimulants in the agricultural industry.
